ProChema GmbH and CAC – JIANGXI UNIVATE NEW MATERIAL CO.,LTD, signed a Memorandum of Understanding inherit responsibilities of the CAC – JIANGXI UNIVATE NEW MATERIAL CO.,LTD MXDA for marketing and sales in the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal ,Greece, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Romania, Bulgaria, Greek, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia.
The partnership began with effect on January 01st, 2021.
CAC – JIANGXI UNIVATE NEW MATERIAL CO.,LTD is part of the CAC Group and has its headquarter in Nantong in the province Jiangsu, China. The company was founded in 1992 and has its focus on the areas of crop production and new materials. After a four years absence from the MXDA market CAC – JIANGXI UNIVATE NEW MATERIAL CO.,LTD is going to do the relaunch of MXDA in Europe in a close partnership with ProChema. CAC – JIANGXI UNIVATE NEW MATERIAL CO.,LTD scheduled to finish a new MXDA plant, with a capacity of 10,000 MT for mid-2021. Thus we can expect the first deliveries of MXDA in the second half of 2021.
