DESCRIPTION
Fumaric Acid is an organic compound, a white crystalline powder mainly used in food and feed additives. Fumaric acid is produced by isomerisation of maleic acid, which is produced from Maleic Anhydride. Fumaric acid is widely found in nature and is also used as a food additive. Fumaric acid can be used in production of unsaturated polyester resins.
