Liquid Epoxy Resins (LER)
DESCRIPTION
Liquid epoxy resins are a reaction product out of Bisphenol A or Bisphenol F and Epichlorohydrin with a molecular weight < 700 g/mol. Liquid KER epoxy resins will be cured with polyamines or -amides at ambient temperature. coatings with liquid KER epoxy resins show excellent mechanical properties like for instance compressive and tensile strengths and good chemical resistance. Epoxy resins are synthetic resins, containing epoxy groups. Epoxy resins can react with a hardener to thermosetting plastics. End products of epoxy resins show excellent mechanical properties as well as good temperature and chemical resistance.
