Hi-54K is a tertiary amine which is used to accelerate all kind of solvent less, high solid or solvent based epoxy systems. 2,4,6 Tri(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol (Hi-54K) is a versatile Lewis Base catalyst. The compatibility with polyamine and polyamide hardeners is very good.

PVB is a resin.Our Mowital grades are named using a self explaining nomenclature. The trade-name Mowital is followed by a capital B stating the aldehyde used. In this case the products are based on butyraldehyde. The numbers refer to the degree of poly-merization, the higher the number the higher the degree of polymerization (vis-cosity). The suffixes T, M, H, S and HH indicate the degree of acetalization, T being the lowest and HH being the highest.

Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVOH, PVA, or PVAl) is a water-soluble synthetic polymer. It has the idealized formula [CH2CH(OH)]n. It is used in papermaking, textile warp sizing, as a thickener and emulsion stabilizer in PVAc adhesive formulations and a variety of coatings. It is colourless (white) and odorless. It is commonly supplied as beads or as solutions in water

EVA copolymers are solid thermoplastic copolymers of ethylene and vinyl acetate monomer (VAM). Basically has EVA an elastomeric consistency. Known are generally its good physico-chemical properties, weathering and UV resistance.

TTA is a heterocyclic compound in solid state. Appears in white granules or powder. It is an efficient corrosion inhibitor for metals (especially for copper and copper alloys, silver, zinc, lead, nickel, etc.). Frequently used in cases where fluids are in permanent contact with metals to be protected. Used also as rust preventer, anti-freezing liquid, antioxidant and stabilizer for high molecular products.

Sebacic acid is a natural C10 (decanedioic) solid fatty acid. It is a bio-based product with castor oil being its feedstock. Appears in granules and powder form. MHHPA is a high performance product in acid anhydrides curing agent. Its low color does not change with treatmen and it has good weather, UV radiation and humidity resistance. Suitable for external use.

Anhydride Mix is a thermo-setting epoxy resin curing agent composed of a blend of HHPA and MHHPA in a different ratio.

1,4-BDDMA is a clear, colorless liquid dimethacrylate monomer with low viscosity and low odor. BDDMA is non-toxic and has a more favorable H&S labelling than alternative products. BDDMA is an excellent reactive diluent due to its low viscosity and is ideal in peroxide cured applications such as a co-agent for PP, PE, nitrile, EPDM rubbers and PVC. It offers excellent properties with PMMA, especially in acrylic flooring and synthetic marble. BDDMA is used in photopolymers, wire and cable coatings, adhesives and sealants.

MTHPA is a curing agent for epoxy resins composed of 3-MTHPA and 4-MTHPA in a different ratio with excellent mechanic and electrical properties.

Hexahydrophthalic Anhydride is a saturated dicarboxylic anhydride and will undergo most of the reactions typical of this class of compounds.

Liquid epoxy resins are a reaction product out of Bisphenol A or Bisphenol F and Epichlorohydrin with a molecular weight < 700 g/mol. Liquid KER epoxy resins will be cured with polyamines or -amides at ambient temperature. coatings with liquid KER epoxy resins show excellent mechanical properties like for instance compressive and tensile strengths and good chemical resistance. End products of epoxy resins show excellent mechanical properties as well as good temperature and chemical resistance.
