Hi-54K is a tertiary amine which is used to accelerate all kind of solvent less, high solid or solvent based epoxy systems. 2,4,6 Tri(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol (Hi-54K) is a versatile Lewis Base catalyst. The compatibility with polyamine and polyamide hardeners is very good.

2-EHMA – is a clear, colorless liquid with an ester like odor and miscible in organic solvents. EHMA forms homopolymers and copolymers. Copolymers of EHMA can be prepared with (meth)acrylic acid and its salts, amides and esters, and with (meth)acrylates, acrylonitrile, maleic acid esters, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, styrene, butadiene, unsaturated polyesters and drying oils, etc. EHMA is also a very useful feedstock for chemical syntheses, because it readily undergoes addition reactions with a wide variety of organic and inorganic compounds. EHMA is a monofunctional monomer with a characteristic high reactivity and a branched hydrophobic moiety.

1,4-BDDMA is a clear, colorless liquid dimethacrylate monomer with low viscosity and low odor. BDDMA is non-toxic and has a more favorable H&S labelling than alternative products. BDDMA is an excellent reactive diluent due to its low viscosity and is ideal in peroxide cured applications such as a co-agent for PP, PE, nitrile, EPDM rubbers and PVC. It offers excellent properties with PMMA, especially in acrylic flooring and synthetic marble. BDDMA is used in photopolymers, wire and cable coatings, adhesives and sealants.

AMA is a clear, colorless liquid with a pungent odor. It is water-insoluble, with low volatility, it is a low viscosity liquid monomer with dual allylic and methacrylic functionalities, offering chemical and heat resistance, adhesion, hardness, excellent second stage cross-linking and low shrinkage. It is used in oil additives as flow improver, in-floor waxes, textile and metal coatings, paint, varnishes, pressure-sensitive adhesives, low temperature caulks, and sealants.

Silicone surfactants (surface-active materials) are essential and therefore used in the production of all kinds of PU foam. They lower surface tension, emulsify incompatible formulation ingredients, promote nucleation of bubbles during mixing, stabilize the rising foam by reducing stress concentrations in thinning cell-walls and counteract the defoaming effect of any solids added to or formed (e.g. precipitated polyurea structures, during conventional flexible foam reaction).
