Propylene carbonate (often abbreviated PC) is an organic compound with the formula C4H6O3. It is a cyclic carbonate ester derived from propylene glycol. This colourless and odourless liquid is useful as a polar, aprotic solvent. Propylene carbonate is chiral, but is used exclusively as the racemic mixture in most contexts.

DMDC/MACM is an amine hardener for epoxy resin. Used in solvent-based industrial coatings, anticorrosion paints and solvent-free coatings. DMDC can be used alone or in combination with other hardener (like our range of Polyether Amines).

CHMA is a clear, colorless to light yellow liquid with an ester like odor. CHMA is a monofunctional monomer with high reactivity and a cyclic hydrophobic structure. CHMA can form both homopolymers and copolymers with various substances such as acrylic acid and its derivatives, (meth)acrylates, vinyl compounds, and more. Additionally, CHMA is a versatile ingredient in chemical synthesis due to its tendency to participate in additional reactions with many organic and inorganic compounds.

1,4-BDDMA is a clear, colorless liquid dimethacrylate monomer with low viscosity and low odor. BDDMA is non-toxic and has a more favorable H&S labelling than alternative products. BDDMA is an excellent reactive diluent due to its low viscosity and is ideal in peroxide cured applications such as a co-agent for PP, PE, nitrile, EPDM rubbers and PVC. It offers excellent properties with PMMA, especially in acrylic flooring and synthetic marble. BDDMA is used in photopolymers, wire and cable coatings, adhesives and sealants.

Silicone surfactants (surface-active materials) are essential and therefore used in the production of all kinds of PU foam. They lower surface tension, emulsify incompatible formulation ingredients, promote nucleation of bubbles during mixing, stabilize the rising foam by reducing stress concentrations in thinning cell-walls and counteract the defoaming effect of any solids added to or formed (e.g. precipitated polyurea structures, during conventional flexible foam reaction).

CDP is a halogen-free phosphorous-based flame retardant used mainly in PUR/PIR rigid foam, PU elastomers, TPU. It has a high boiling point e.g. in case of fire, CDP remains longer effective.
