Acrylates & Methacrylates

DESCRIPTION

Butyl acrylate (BA) is the ester of acrylic acid and n-butanol and is used as a raw material component in the synthesis of polymers. Butyl Acrylate (BA) is a monofunctional monomer consisting of an acrylate group with a characteristic high reactivity and a cyclic hydrophobic group

PRODUCT GROUP

UV-curable monomers

DESCRIPTION

DPGDA is a difunctional reactive diluent that is used when improved adhesion and flexibility are required. Primarily used in the formulation of UV and EB curable coatings and inks.

PRODUCT GROUP

UV-curable monomers

DESCRIPTION

EO3TMPTA is a trifunctional methacrylic monomer. Primarily used in the formulation of UV, LED, EB, and peroxide curable coatings and inks.

PRODUCT GROUP

UV-curable monomers

DESCRIPTION

PETA is a monomeric acrylic ester capable of polymerising into a hard, clear infusible resin. Primarily used in the formulation of UV and EB curable coatings and inks.

DESCRIPTION

Furfuryl alcohol is an organic colourless liquid used as monomer for production of furane resins. It is produced from furfural which is manufactured from biomass (typically produced from corncobs). So it is regarded to be a biobased product.

PRODUCT GROUP

Polyurethane Feedstocks

DESCRIPTION

Aromatic isocyanate that consists of a mix of isomers, 4,4′- 2,4′- and 2,2′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It is commonly known as crude or polymeric MDI. The isomer 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate is known as Pure or Monomeric MDI. In addition to these two grades, modified and condensated MDI grades are also available.

DESCRIPTION

Nitrocellulose is an explosive compound produced by the reaction of cellulose and nitric acid, or other strong nitrating agent. Nitrocellulose can appear as a pulpy, cotton-like solid when dry. It is a clear liquid to semisolid when dissolved in alcohol, acetone or an ether-alcohol mixture. Available in the form of a solid cellulose in drums or boxes. Wetted in IPA (isopropyl alcohol) or ETA (ethanol solution).
