DESCRIPTION

TMQ is a low staining, non-blooming, anti-aging amine antioxidant. Has high effectivity enabling low dosage. Appers in amber tolight brown pellets and in powder form. It has minimal effects on processing and curing properties of rubber compounds. As a polymer it has low volatility and high retention and ensures minimal extraction by solvents, fuels, etc. With combination of TMQ and 6PPD can be achieved additional antioxidative effects.

Flame Retardants

DESCRIPTION

PFBS is a high-temperature reactive flame retardant in white powder form. It has a high chemical and thermal stability, Required dosage quantities to achieve UL 94 V-0 flammability rating are very small. Does not impair the physical properties of polymers.

PRODUCT GROUP

Polymers

DESCRIPTION

Polycaprolactone (PCL) polymer is a high molecular weight thermoplastic linear polyester polymer derived from Epsilon-caprolactone monomer. Appears in white pellets. PCL polymer is biodegradable and compostable, an important feature in many present and future applications.

Flame Retardants

DESCRIPTION

MCA is an environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardant for polyamide (PA), thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) and lubricants. It is a crystalline complex between melamine and cyanuric acid. Appears as white crystalline powder or granules. Being halogen-free results in significant advantages in terms of fire safety, i.e. lower smoke density, lower smoke toxicity and less corrosion.

Flame Retardants

DESCRIPTION

DBDPE is a highly effective flame retardant (FR) having a high content of aromatic bromine. Appears in form of powder or granules. DBDPE replaces DBDPO (Decabromodiphenyl Oxide) also known as DBDE (decabromodiphenyl ether). DBDPO (DBDE) is a harmful product and it is no longer used and produced in Europe. DBDPE is also technically better than DBDPO. It can be used in lighter/whiter formulations than DBDPO.

Flame Retardants

DESCRIPTION

BPS is polymeric flame retardant (FR) containing thermally stable aromatic bromine. Appears in powder or granules. Outstanding application properties of BPS are: -high thermal stability, therefore favoured for engineering plastics processed at high temperatures -resistance to yellowing at high temperatures -good electrical insulating properties -as polymer it is non-blooming -insoluble in water and presents no bioaccumulation or dioxin/furan concerns BPS, like some other brominated FR can be used combined with synergist such as antimony trioxide or antimony chloride

Flame Retardants

DESCRIPTION

BISOP is a white powdery or granular flame retardant (FR) containing both aromatic and aliphatic bromine. Outstanding application properties of BISOP are: -better FR performance than brominated aromatic FRs -due to high thermal stability suitable for plastics requiring high processing temperature -UV stability -important alternative to the proscribed HBCD

Flame Retardants

DESCRIPTION

Br-BSC is the highly effective modern brominated polymeric flame retardant (FR). Available as white powder or granules. Main application is in expanded PS (EPS) and extruded PS foam (XPS). It has an outstanding environmental and health status. Highly recommended as substitute to the proscribed hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD). Br-BSC has the same bromine content as HBCD. Therefore its replacement with Br-BSC requires minimal reformulation in current production process. In EPS/XPS apart from Br-BSC can also be used other brominated FR. However, Br-BSC being a polymer (MW 100.000) is much preferred because more stable and environmentally better evaluated. Big EPS/XPS producer more and more use Br-BSC.
